Cube Datastore offer a confidential document shredding service which is fully controlled by you. We can shred all types of paper and media including hard drives, discs and tapes.

We can either collect data from your premises in box or bag form or we can destroy your items direct from the shelves of the storage facility.

Archive Shredding – Cube Datastore destroy your archive direct from the shelves of our facility, all you need to do is let us know which boxes or tapes you want to destroy and we do all the hard work. Requests can be made either through our online management system or direct by email. All requests are cross checked twice and the final request must be confirmed by you, and only in writing.

Collection Shredding - Cube Datastore will collect your data at a time convenient to you and continue the process on your behalf. We can either supply you with bags or locked consoles which we install at your office and empty as per your requirements or we can collect the data if it is boxes.

Our Destruction promises:

• Documents will only be shredded once we have written confirmation from you.
• Our bar code tracking system ensures a complete history of your items throughout their lifecycle.
• All data is shredded onsite in a controlled environment and managed by our fully trained staff.
• A certificate of destruction is issued once the job is complete to ensure your business complies with the Data Protection Act.
• In line with our environmental policy all shredded records are recycled.
