At Cube Datastore we guarantee our clients have access to their stored data 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. To ensure your security all retrieval requests must be confirmed in writing by fax, email or through our website.

We offer a variety of delivery services - Next Day, Standard or Express and deliver at a time that’s convenient and affordable to you.

Our data retrieval promises:

• Access to your data 24 hours a day.
• Fully managed bar code tracking system to locate your items rapidly and efficiently.
• Delivery of your items by either next day, standard (within 4 hours) or express (within 2 hours*).
• Delivery of your boxes, files and tapes by our uniformed staff.
• Limited personnel access to your archive. If your staff are not listed on our system they are not permitted to withdraw the data, or make any requests on your account.
• If you are unable to wait for the physical file or box we provide a scan on demand service; you let us know which document you are looking for, we scan it and email it to you.
